How do we do Friends?

Short term I think it's useful to be able to easily select players you regularly play with and player you've recently played with. If none of those are relevant then you can search for any player.

Longer term I think it'd be neat to be able to either "friend" or "follow" a player and then be able to opt-in to notifications when on things like when they complete a round.
