Ethereum Bridging Design Doc

As a user of FRQCY and ETH, I want to be able to use my FRQCY on Ethereum via an ERC-20 contract (like any other Ethereum token).

AC

• On Frequency, I should be able to "send" my FRQCY tokens from Frequency to an ERC-20 contract on Ethereum
• On Ethereum, I should be able to "send" my FRQCY from the ERC-20 contract on Ethereum back to Frequency

Assumption

• We'll use Snowbridge to do this
