I'd also like to if possible get simple instructions done for one-click installation on a small Digital Ocean instance. I have some extensive changes coming to move to a new router, so would like to get those out first.

@kennygrant sure, i'm gonna build an image as soon as i got some free time! Not a docker expert, but i can try and play with an entrypoint to use some var envs in order to make the setup easier.
