Thank you very much :) |
Some of us are smaller scale than that! :-) |
OSS FTW 🕺 |
I've no idea what that means? |
@jean-m-cyr: Open-source software beats closed-source software :) |
I'm just an opportunist here 😉, but I agree that ethminer is really an underrated ethash miner in the ethash mining scene. Thanks for the great work here. The problem is that most of the tutorials or manuals out there are written for the Claymore miner. |
Yes its really great |
It's only a problem for those who it :-) |

Hi - I have been using Claymore miner thinking (like so many other people who don't look past their noses) that Claymore will give me best dagger/hashimoto hash-rate, so it's therefore worth paying his fee.
Then I find this miner. You people have done an amazing job!. Ony my GTX1060 6GB GPUs at least, this miner is superior in hash-rate and identical or superior in power consumption WITHOUT THE INBUILT DEV FEE! I feel like I'm no longer a sucker.
You guys deserve a great deal of attention and kudos and I think all the dagger/hashimoto miners need to try this miner, especially if they are using Claymore.
I plan to try it on my 1070s too, although I'm lazily using Nicehash and 1070's seem to earn better in Equihash generally.
Thank you! I will make a small donation next time Nicehash decides I have accrued enough for them to release the BTC that they owe me. I am only a small scale hobbyist (4 x 1060 6GB, 4 x 1070 & 2 x 1080) so it takes a few days or more to get paid. I usually end up just converting anything I mine back to ETH anyway so maybe I really should just straight up mine eth with the 1060s and 1070s, and equihash the 1080s to miningpoolhub or something.
Sorry for the long rant - I just wanted to say GREAT WORK, and you guys rock - THANK YOU!
