[photos, desktop] ente.exe flagged as FileRepMalware and quarantined by Norton

Description

Saw this was brought up for Ente Auth here and here, and for the desktop installer here and here but wanted to flag that it happened to me on v1.7.10 desktop (windows). Install went fine, no flag from Defender. Norton flag happened after having the application for a few weeks.

Like others have said, not a big deal and can easily be overridden in Norton, but possibly alarming for new users. I reported it as a false positive to Norton, doubt they follow-up. Figured you guys might appreciate the call-out.
