❤️ and 3-dot button almost not clickable when in image viewer.

Description

On a Pixel 9 Pro when viewing a photo in full screen and trying to tap the heart and the 3-dot buttons on the top right corner are almost unclickable. The touch area seems to be tiny and not covering the whole button icons.
