Ente Desktop Install missing c++ runtime #5166

Description

When doing a fresh Windows 11 install and then installing ente desktop and running - I got an error indicating the c++ runtime was not installed. Presumably its not being packaged in the installer. Easy to fix up by installing from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#visual-studio-2015-2017-2019-and-2022, but quite unfriendly for non-techy user.
