Data and Power graph have issues with width in z-stack #249

  • make those properly responsive
  • make sure the 0 values are painted at 0 or off the visible chart
  • second graph in the z-stack lacks width and becomes invisible

The new data graph is now responsive, but it appears to have layout issues on Windows 11, where the svg element appears to be not sized to the full height of the container element.
