During the .NET9 previews, the impression was that HybridCache would be released shortly after .NET9. We are now getting close to 4 months since that release, and it's still in preview. Has the goal changed?
Looking through issues, the response to an API request #5688 (comment)
was that it would be looked into for .NET10. This repository has a different release cadence than the main .NET runtime. By placing the HybridCache code here, presumably that was intentional so that it could be iterated on quicker. Why wait for .NET10? What is the relationship between releases here and the main .NET releases?
