feedback from @taylorreiter:

it would be very awesome if you could include some sort of manifest with all of the info for the run -- everything that is run, the conda envs, etc, or maybe just from the github commit for the repo or something. Something for provenance and versions (I do see the paths to the databases so that's cool...maybe there md5sums too, although names is probs good enough)
