Ticker for coins created in local testnet #2294

In ethereum every coin has a ticker,is there any such feature in cosmos-sdk.I feel it's important as we need to represent coins while using cosmos-sdk,and we can't use total coin name.

There is an active related proposal in #2072, please respond there! That proposal already has something for "aliases", I think we should designate a particular / separate alias as being the "ticker" though. Great idea!
