Will Basecoin example support staking and slashing #1543

I have seen that staking and slashing was removed from basecoind after it was giving consensus failed as error.I want to know if we can add those functionalities or it's not possible to give those functionalities to basecoin.

We are considering adding the simplestake module (currently under democoin example) to basecoin, though you can also look at democoin.

If you want something to use as a base that has the full Cosmos Hub staking and slashing system, just look at the gaia - it lives under cmd/gaia rather than under examples for now.

Closing the issue, but let us know if that doesn't work for some reason ...
