Clipboard under crostini (chrome os) is not working -- likely a Wayland sommelier issue. #321

Most of the time doesn't work.

The error only occurs when using Linux on Chromebook. Copy and Paste works on Windows, Mac, and normal Linux.

When using Linux on Chromebook, after using paste the window freezes.

It still doesn't work well with the new ChromeOS update (Chrome version 79). You can copy and paste once, but when you try to do it a second time the app freezes.

I was unable to test this using any recent version of Cogent Core due to Vulkan not being supported on chromebooks (see #682), but I did test it on gi v1.2.10, and this still happened. Regardless, this issue may have been resolved by various glfw updates over the years, so I will look into it further after we figure out #682. This issue is not needed for v1, as Chrome OS is not an officially supported platform yet.
