CELLxGENE Discover UX will support the addition of new modalities (10X multiome, ATAC-seq, Visium CytAssist). For this project, we want users to be able to download the 10X Multiome, ATAC-Seq datasets via CxG Discover UX (fragment files).

Designs are currently under development and will be added here when they are available.

Current Work in Progress:

Developing designs to incorporate options of downloading Fragment Files + other variations
