Almost works -- won't load new Chamilo user into class

I figured out that by going backwards to prestashop_1.4.6.2 that I could get 
the plugin to install and get past the hangup on the modules. 

The user is created in Chamilo after purchasing in prestashop, but not added to 
the course.  Using Chamilo 1.9.0  I tried updating the script for 1.8.7

but that didn't seem to take care of it.  Apparently the upgrade to 1.9.0 is a 
problem for the plugin?

My biggest concern about using the plugin is that if it isn't being maintained, 
I don't want to get stuck with deprecated versions of the two programs its 
linking.
