[BUG] 404 Error After Docker Installation #579

Describe the bug
After following the docker installation instructions, no default page is server, and I am unable to browse to the front end web page.

Expected behavior
Default page should be served, and I should be able to access the app by browsing to "localhost" on my host machine.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Run through the docker instalation steps
Try to browse to "localhost"

These are the only log entries I am seeing from attack-workbench-frontend:

After installation I see these logs repeating, and no logs related to trying to hit the application via the browser:
