[REQUEST] Mark Collection as Official ATT&CK Release

There is currently no feature to mark a collection and all its contents as an official ATT&CK release.

Solution:
Add a feature to mark a collection and all of its contents as an official ATT&CK release.

Potential Implementations:

1. Include a "Mark as a Release" button in the Collection Manager that updates the status of the collection and its contents.
2. Add a visual indicator or tag (e.g., with the release number) on the collection for clear identification.
