Api test (#134)

Added interface for to run custom api tests within the biothings studio.

* add api test button

* formatted api, added logs inside card

* created api log viewer component

* moved logs into modal

* running api label green

* add error handling for api names with spaces

* handle new test finished method, autoscroll implementation

* styling for api log messages

* updated api log font

* api log modal state fix, test status indicators

* use api id for ref
