Problem Description
we need to make other teams more aware of their sustainment needs within the org, as many applicagtions dont have a sustainment or funding plan past development of the tool

Solution wants

  • Theorycraft a solution on how we could make the checklist more consumable by dev teams, perhaps its making it into an online form that a PO sends out the link to their Devs/Team and they answer the checklist questions from their perspective. the results are compiled into a report that represents the confidence the team has that the app could be easily sustained, with the gaps identified by the team and PO.

There could also be a separate form for the PO to cover the areas of the checklist that the devs would not have information about.

could even have an additional layer for executive that asks the hard hitting questions and allows them to provide an answer without confrontation.

Timebox

  • a lot

Outcome
Details describing the outcome of the research

  • a mural board or rough wireframe of what this could look like
  • a split of what parts of the checklist should be on each users form
