Good day Dr. Dinesh! Yes, thank you for this and I was able to resolve the error. However, if I may ask once more, since another error appeared in mine (I apologize for I am not very fluent in R and I'm still learning a lot of things), which says:
Error in rcdk::parse.smiles(df1$SMILES[x]) : Must supply a character vector of SMILES strings
is this a problem from my SMILES input? I have already ran this input with chemrich, and it used to encounter error in smiles as well, but I remember having fixed the smiles codes already before, and being able to make it work in chemrich. How do I go about this sir? Thank you very much! I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.
