Added C8-CO2-5K CO2 Sensor

Description:

Added C8-CO2-5K CO2 Sensor.
It is pin-compatible with the MHZ19 but uses a completely different serial protocol.

GH actions are failing. I have tested builds of all kinds of images, all build fine.
Seems to be something broken in the pipeline.

Awesome, thanks. The CI fails but it seems due to the workflow. Compilation does work.
