Berry driver for AXP2102 and M5CoreS3

Description:

Experimental Berry driver for AXP2102 and M5CoreS3 (not fully tested yet).

The driver for AXP2102 is solidified in Flash. The driver for M5CoreS3 needs to be added with import AXP2102_M5CoreS3 in preinit.be
