I really miss the secret notifications from ZDoom. This is the one thing I bothered to mod into eDuke, it'd be nice to have it here, too.

What do you want here? Duke already prints "A secret place" when you find a secret.

Oh I should have specified, some kind of DSSOUND equivalent.

Oh, you want a sound? Yes, that can happen, but it needs a bit of reworking the sound system first, because I prefer not to depend on CON for stuff like this.

Comment: Duke / Leonard /etc. often make a comment on finding items and SW already has a voice notification. If this gets implemented, I ask that it be an opt-in cvar rather than default as it is in ZDoom.
