different key import formats specified

The key formats in GenerateKeys.txt and KeyProvisioningFormat.txt are slightly different.
For example the date format 2009-12-14T16:40:57 vs. 2009-02-13 00:05:40, also lockpw vs. lockCode (the values can be found in the code only).
