Currently the myViasat team has been hosting a chatbot.css file, which gets called during initial page loading. They accidentally deleted that file because to them it looked like un-used code.

Robert Allen is suggesting that maybe we should own that file and have it called from our server instead. Can this be done?

NOTE: We suspect this file is a pre Rocketchat legacy file related to the old Neuroflash client. I've suggested this to Robert and we'll figure out who should debug. If we can find the caller in the code we can test removing it and verify.
