[Widget loading][BUG] Sometimes the widget does not load in chrome browser.

For example: currently on messaging.vega-preprod.viasat.io the widget will not appear in chrome. It does appear in Firefox and in Incognito mode. Also it working fine on mobile.

It appears that it loaded properly looking at the Network tab, but the widget button does not show in the screen.

Ok, now it is loading in a test widget using regular chrome..... so this issue is wildly intermittent/flaky, and it must have something to do with browser state. @Shailesh351

Update: After I removed my user data in chrome (~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome), and started over as if from a new browser, it all worked fine when loading a test widget. However, I then went to test the myViasat test app, which has a bug in that chatbot.css file right now. As expected, the widget did not load, but after that, the test widget no longer loads in chrome. So something is persisting in the browser, or in the RC db associated with my user/browser instance. @Shailesh351 @bhardwajaditya
