We have an existing repo for QSS and it is deployed to AWS but it is a bit out of date, is lacking in some features we'll want and doesn't have full CI setup.

The goal for this ticket is:

  • Modernize the codebase (no express, use pnpm, etc.)
  • Add basic websocket support
  • Add full CI support
  • Improve test infrastructure
  • Cleanup
