In order to understand where to start with TIDES implementation, developers and agencies alike could use some guidance on how to implement TIDES.

Suggested content:

Adding I/O for TIDES in software product
Getting products that can read/write TIDES
- Use Procurement Resource text to procure CAD/AVL, AFC, APC, and Reports
- Validating truthiness to claims?
- List of known products?
Storing data in TIDES
- Put them all in one DB. DB examples.
- Interoperable DB systems...
