Hi,
I got AttributeError: module 'numpy' has no attribute 'bool8'. Did you mean: 'bool'? when trying to run it on MacOS:

$ conda create -n pangraphviewer python=3.10

Sorry for replying late, and thanks for reporting the problem. It should be related to incompatibility of some versions of packages. We will improve the installation with more specific versions of packages. As we are working on an update, you may try it afterwards. Thanks.
