[VariantManagement]: Add support to provide custom title and input label for save view dialog

The requirement is to provide custom title and input label to the save view dialog(dialog which opens when Save as button is clicked).

Describe the solution you'd like

Expose properties to provide dialog title and input label like titleText is exposed to set the title of the VariantManagement popover.

Please provide the feature for both version 1 and 2.

We can only downport bug fixes, not features since this would (i.a.) violate semantic versioning.
