The upcoming version of OpenRefine will enable users to create columns based on reconciled columns, using properties from the source database. This relies on an add-on to the reconciliation API, described here: https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/wiki/Data-Extension-API
It would be fantastic if Kew's reconciliation endpoint could support this protocol. By the way, if the API is hard to comply with, we can still consider making changes to the spec if it helps. I've tried to design it to make it extremely simple to implement for a service.
