User interface: reaches are not suggested using from_point_identifier and to_point_identifier

Describe the bug
On the user interface, when importing channel data, channel are not suggested eventhough both from_point_identifier and to_point_identifier are filled and correct values.

To Reproduce

1. Import an xtf file of VSA-KEK channel damages data from graphical user interface of qgepqwat2ili
2. Select an examination with a warning (on the left panel)
3. Channel data are not suggested

Expected behavior
Channel data should be suggested.

Cannot confirm these issues. Maybe due to English project file instead of French project file. Further research needed.

Seems to be due to wrong filtering when wastewater_node.identifier <> wastwaterstructure.identifier see #95
