Meta: Shadow DOM styling renames #458

The polyfill needs to support:

:ancestor() -> :host-context()
/shadow-deep/ -> /deep/
/shadow/ -> ::shadow

Believe all of these have landed in Canary (http://commits.peter.sh/), though haven't confirmed.

Docs are pending on these updates.
