Cmd-click should open in new tab

On Mac, on a plain HTML page, cmd+click on a link will open the link in a new tab. However, on http://www.polymer-project.org/articles/, cmd+click on one of the article titles, like "Accessible Web Components - Part 1", opens it in on top of the current tab.
