[Feature suggestion] Replace custom ms-grid with Bootstrap grid

Hello fabric team,

We are using fabric heavily on our new product and one problem we constantly fighting against are the custom ms-grid. It uses float:left and introduce unwanted behavior between container and floating children.
Meanwhile, bootstrap is one of the wildly used layout library and I would like to propose a change to incorporate bootstrap layout inside fabric-core.
