Icons Documentation Missing

/microsoft/fluentui/pull/7964 had previously fixed that there was no documentation on that you had to include the dir attribute in a parent in order to use some fabric icons.
However in the current site that documentation is not there, and myself and other people are running into the issue of finding some icons do not render properly, having to dig into closed issues to find out why.
Please add the documentation back into the site.
