• Set a password in Discourse (if you have been using OIDC federation until now), and enable 2FA
• Set to Moderator
• Add to Moderation Team
• Post discourse announcement

GitHub

• Add to Moderation team
• Add to Moderators on the organization (via GitHub owners)
• Update team page on homepage
• Join the nixos-moderation organization

Bitwarden

• Invite into the Moderation Team organization (via Infrastructure team)

Email

• Receive email for the moderation@ alias (via Infrastructure team)

• Request access to the moderator user group

Have added the rest of the list from the template, because I don't think there should be any 'partial' members of the mod team.

Just to be clear:

• it's totally fine if we fill out this list slowly as any new team member learns the ropes and moves beyond their initial focus, or some don't get done ever, but items shouldn't be removed from the list as not 'available'
• there's no pressure or expectation to take on more scope or tasks (e.g. across other platforms) than you're willing / comfortable with
