[BUG] section will collapse error group when Section Name use chinese words

Describe the problem

When use chinese Section Name,just like 哈哈哈
The Id of section div will be section-outer-home---- ,not section-outer-home-哈哈哈

After create more than one section group same length(all chinese name).
There will be sampe id, case collapse error.

When I click other section tab,always collapse first length section.
After check the source HTML,I found the error.

the id in div should fix chiese words just like class
