In glances there is :61208/api/4/uptime resuorce that returns the uptime for the machine. But there is no widget that could handle that

In glances there is :61208/api/4/uptime resuorce that returns the uptime for the machine. But there is no widget that could handle that
when request is make to this url: :61208/api/4/uptime it returns:
"20:13:43"

but there is no support for gl-uptime
