Add missing content to readme

As I've been working on adding more value to the template, I've not been sufficiently diligent to keep everything in check, especially for newcomers.

It should be easy to land on the template for the 1st time and have a clear picture of the added value it provides and why I would want, as a developer, to use it as a starting point to get started with my projects.

More than that, as things improve, if I don't use the template for a long time, it should be apparent where are the potential limitations and what I should be focused on for an individual project vs what a template should provide to a user.
