Is there a more recent tag that I could use to sync the project

The latest tag 0.999 seems two years old. Is there a new tag that you guys can create that I could use to sync to the project instead of syncing to the master?

I am actually talking about github tag and not code versioning.

We will make a new release tag for 1.0.0-rc3 as soon as we have written the release notes as we've done in the past -- these were once in PR messages but will now be included in the tag description.
